Pulse Heating and Air is a licensed HVAC contractor based in Anaheim Hills, California (CSLB #1134202), serving residential and commercial customers throughout Orange County.
By using our website, submitting a service request, calling or texting us, or otherwise engaging with Pulse Heating and Air, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information directly from you when you request HVAC services, schedule appointments, sign up for communications, or otherwise interact with our business:
- Contact information: first and last name, service address, billing address, phone number(s), and email address.
- Service information: details about your HVAC system (equipment type, age, brand, model), the nature of the issue or service requested, appointment history, and notes from service visits.
- Payment information: billing details and payment method information, which is processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
- Communications: records of phone calls, text messages, emails, online form submissions, and any messages you send us.
- SMS opt-in data: your phone number, the date and method of your opt-in, and your consent preferences.
- Website usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate our HVAC business and serve you. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Schedule, dispatch, and perform HVAC services (AC repair, AC installation, furnace repair, furnace installation, heat pump systems, ductwork, maintenance, indoor air quality services, mini-splits, and emergency service).
- Send appointment confirmations, technician dispatch notifications (“your technician is on the way”), service follow-ups, invoices, and receipts.
- Respond to your questions, quote requests, and customer care inquiries by phone, email, or SMS.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Send service reminders, seasonal maintenance notices, and — only with your consent — occasional promotional messages.
- Improve our services, train our team, and maintain quality control.
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Protect the safety and property of our customers, employees, and business.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the parties and for the purposes listed below:
- Our technicians and staff — to schedule and complete your service.
- Service providers that power our operations — dispatching, CRM, scheduling, accounting, payment processing, email/SMS delivery, website hosting, and analytics vendors. These providers are contractually limited to using your data only to provide services to us.
- Legal and regulatory authorities — when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights, or the safety of any person.
- Successors in interest — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to the protections of this Privacy Policy.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Pulse Heating and Air operates an SMS program to communicate with customers about HVAC service. When you opt in — through a web form, by text message, by giving us your number during a service call, or through another medium — you agree to receive SMS messages from Pulse Heating and Air related to HVAC service requests, appointment confirmations, technician dispatch notifications, service follow-ups, and customer care conversations.
Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP or call us at (714) 908-3868.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in information collected for SMS messaging are used solely for communications between you and Pulse Heating and Air, and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
For full SMS program terms, see our SMS Terms of Service.
6. Cookies and Website Tracking

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain service records, comply with tax and warranty obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted HTTPS connections, secured vendor systems, access controls for employees, and PCI-compliant payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information at every step.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Social Media Analytics Application
Separately from our HVAC services, Pulse Heating and Air operates an internal social media analytics application that connects to Meta’s Facebook and Instagram platforms via the official Graph API solely to read and display analytics data for our own business accounts.
